Terms of Service

SpartaIRA provides digital strategy access, MT5 execution files, strategy configuration files, license validation, account-seat controls, setup material, and support related to the private strategy system. The product is provided as software and educational strategy tooling, not as investment advice, portfolio management, or a managed trading service.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and to use trading software in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the software complies with your broker rules, prop-firm rules, exchange rules, local laws, and tax obligations.

Customers must create an account to access downloads, license keys, setup files, and MT5 account activation. A standard license includes one active MT5 account seat unless otherwise stated. Additional active account seats may be purchased separately. License sharing, resale, copying, redistribution, decompilation, reverse engineering, or bypassing license validation is not permitted. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping login details secure.

Challenge adds one month of access, Funded adds three months, and Scale provides lifetime access to the included product version and services described at purchase. Buying Challenge or Funded while timed access remains adds the new term after the remaining term. Moving to Scale converts the main plan to lifetime access. MT5 Seat Boosters increase the number of accounts that may be active at the same time and follow the commercial terms shown before payment.

Prices, billing periods, add-ons, and included features are displayed before payment. Subscription access is extended only after a completed recharge or upgrade payment. PayPal is the primary checkout route and Razorpay processes India checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-method availability may vary by provider and customer location. One-time lifetime access does not guarantee unlimited future products or permanent availability of third-party platforms.

Products are delivered digitally through the customer dashboard after successful payment and verification. There is no physical shipment. Delivery timing and troubleshooting are explained in the Delivery Policy.

Trading performance is uncertain. Backtests, examples, screenshots, and historical results are for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee live trading profit, prop-firm success, drawdown control, or future results.

You are responsible for broker selection, account size, lot sizing, risk settings, leverage, prop-firm limits, installation, internet connectivity, VPS uptime, platform configuration, and all trades placed by your account. You should test the software on demo or low-risk conditions before live use.

You may not share protected files or credentials, resell access, evade seat limits, interfere with the service, use stolen payment methods, abuse support, or use the product unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, intellectual property, or the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

SpartaIRA, Senvra execution files, related software, strategy logic, protected files, documentation, branding, and website content remain the property of their respective owner. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased access; it does not transfer ownership.

SpartaIRA may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the software, dashboard, license system, documentation, support process, or commercial plans. Updates may change settings, behavior, file names, or available features.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpartaIRA is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, account violations, failed challenges, broker issues, platform downtime, incorrect settings, user error, market gaps, slippage, spread changes, or third-party service outages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your location. We may update these terms when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted with a revised date.
