Privacy Policy

We may collect your name, email address, login information, customer account details, selected plan, payment status, license key, MT5 account number, download activity, support messages, and technical information such as IP address, device data, browser data, and security logs.

We use information to create accounts, provide downloads, activate licenses, validate MT5 account access, process orders, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the service, maintain security, and comply with legal, tax, payment, and accounting requirements. We process data when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect the service, or with your consent where consent is required.

Payments may be processed by PayPal, Razorpay, or another checkout provider displayed at payment. SpartaIRA does not store full card numbers. We also use providers for authentication, database, hosting, transactional email, security, and support, including Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. These providers process limited data under their own terms and privacy obligations.

MT5 account numbers are used to bind and validate license access. This helps prevent unauthorized sharing and allows customers to manage active account seats. We do not need your broker password or investor password for license validation.

SpartaIRA uses essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep users signed in, protect account sessions, remember necessary interface state, and operate checkout. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal data. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

We share limited information only with providers needed to operate the service, process payments, comply with law, prevent fraud, or respond to valid legal requests. Providers may process data in countries outside your own. We do not sell or rent customer personal data.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain licenses and records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, payment, accounting, or legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including controlled dashboard access, server side license checks, and provider-level security features. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or help with a privacy concern by contacting support@spartaira.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information must be retained for legitimate business, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal reasons.

SpartaIRA is not intended for children. Users must be legally able to enter a contract and use trading software in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact support.
