Shipping and Delivery Policy

A successful purchase provides the plan access shown at checkout, a dashboard license, eligible MT5 execution files, strategy set files, setup material, and the purchased number of active MT5 account seats.

Delivery occurs through the customer account at spartaira.com. After payment verification, the dashboard displays plan status, license access, files, and account controls. We may also send transactional email confirming the order or account activity.

Access is normally activated within minutes after a successful payment. Payment review, provider delay, email delivery, or security checks can occasionally delay activation. If access is not visible after one hour, contact support@spartaira.com with the account email and payment receipt.

You need a valid email address, a supported browser, an MT5 installation for automated execution, and access to your SpartaIRA account. You are responsible for downloading files and following the setup instructions.

Support will investigate verified delivery problems and restore eligible access where possible. If a verified technical issue prevents all delivery and cannot be resolved, the Refund Policy explains when a refund review may be available.

SpartaIRA does not ship physical packages, discs, devices, or printed material. Shipping addresses, couriers, and physical-delivery timelines do not apply.
